Fortnite Season 5 starts tomorrow, and a new post from Epic Games on the Battle Royale subreddit explains how the rollout of the new content is going to work. Throw in the removal of the Durr Burger sign from the game as well as Epic flooding the real world with Loot Llamas appearing in Paris, London, and Cologne, hint at some massive shake ups for Season 5 of Fortnite. Of course, Fortnite fans can only hope that what's to come in Season 5 will have been worth the wait. Today, the developer revealed that the Fortnite servers will officially be down starting at 4:00 a.m. EDT (1:00 a.m. PDT) so that they can properly implement the new content into the game.

This time around the clues are weirder and more mysterious than ever, and even now, just one day away from the beginning of Season 5, we still know very little about what to expect. We'll do our best to provide insight on those as soon as possible.

Fortnite Season 5 looks to be one of the biggest overhauls of Battle Royale to date. Whether you buy a Battle Pass or not, in-game teases suggest there will be a significant update to several named locations on the Battle Royale map, likely including sections themed around the Wild West and prehistoric times. Could we see Norse god skins? Pacific time. At that time, the game servers will go down, and the developers will begin the process of updating servers and implementing the new season changes.
