Before watching an aerial display from the balcony at Buckingham Palace, Prince William and Kate Middleton joined the queen at a service marking the centenary at Westminster Abbey, according to the BBC.

However, Prince Harry's bride had no brooch or bejewelled accessory in sight on her dress - the only member of the royal family to not wear one to the ceremony.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex began their first official global visit together when they arrived in Ireland on Tuesday.

He was among the designers tipped to make the royal wedding dress, although Givenchy was its eventual creator, though Meghan was spotted wearing a £1, 350 Mouret on the eve of her nuptials, strikingly similar to the one worn today.

With three royal engagements in a single day, it's no wonder Meghan Markle has made an equal amount of outfit swaps. She wore her hair back in a loose bun, and paired the look with a large black handbag.

"The fact that Harry and Meghan have been asked by the Foreign Office to go to Ireland shows just how much faith the Queen has in both of them as working royals", Katie Nicholl, the author of Harry: Life, Loss, and Love, told ET of the trip.

As they stood outside the Marlborough House, Meghan affectionately touched Harry's hand, as the pair appeared to share a joke.

They are to visit Trinity College later to view the Book of Kells.
