Gonzalo Higuain's agent confirms forward is not in talks to leave Juventus

Italian media La Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting that Chelsea are seeking a swap deal proposal between themselves and Italian champions Juventus between Alvaro Morata and Gonzalo Higuain.

If Chelsea do hire Sarri, then signing Higuain would be a masterstroke. Cristiano Ronaldo may be on his way into Turin - potentially to take Higuain's place, but those around the striker claim he is eager to stay at the club.

However, in a conversation with Sky Italy, the brother of Higuain, who is his agent, confidently stated that he is not negotiating with either Chelsea or any other club.

"At the moment we haven't spoken to any other clubs, as we have a three-year contract with Juventus", he added.

The "Blues" spent big on Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid to improve their attacking options, but he had a disappointing campaign a year ago scoring only 11 goals in the Premier League.

Juventus made a decision to sell Higuain for the upcoming trip to Turin Cristiano Ronaldo, for whom the Champions of Italy will have to pay a record in the history of the club 100-120 million euros. He is very happy in the city, at the club, with the coach and the tactical system. "I owe him a great deal".
