Motorola has a "Big Announcement" Scheduled for August 2

Following the launch of the Moto G6, it seems Motorola has more new devices on the way soon. But it is unclear if it is just compact or a toned down version. So far, we see no hints about the device, or anything that points to Moto Z3. You'll get a notch at the top of the screen and there will be a chin with room enough for a full "Motorola" logo at the bottom. There is a possibility that more devices may launch under the Motorola One branding in the near future. First and foremost, the back of the phones will hold dual camera setups, but the design will be slightly different. Likewise, the back panel is once again nearly identical to the Motorola One Power, due to the same Motorola logo (which may double as a fingerprint sensor), and a dual rear camera setup in the top-left corner. On the back, it has dual cameras, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and Google's Android one branding.

The publication also shared a couple of images of the Motorola phones.

More news: What U.S. Customers Should Know

Earlier this month, Motorola announced the Moto Z3 Play, the latest iteration in its series of premium mid-range smartphones, which our own Rich Woods has already had the opportunity to get his hands on, but the company is not done with its Z line for this year. Powering the Moto E5, there is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC, which comes accompanied by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage.

As the renders above reveal, one of the major design change is the use of glass on the rear.

Motorola may announce a new "flagship" phone on the upcoming August 2, and it will be something big.

The Moto Z3 Play features a 6.01-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080×2160 pixels resolution and aspect ratio of 18:9. Last year, Moto Z2 was also released at a similar time period-it was in July.
