Jada Pinkett Smith talks to her mom and daughter about masturbation

Jada Pinkett Smith and her daughter Willow Smith are not holding back on some intimate details in the latest episode of the Facebook Watch series Red Table Talk.

The women then started talking about self-love, with Jada revealing her grandmother taught her about pleasuring herself before her first time.

"My grandmother taught me about self-pleasuring because she wanted me to know that that pleasure was from me", Jada explains. "You know how many men I know that have been raped, as young boys, that I was as protective of Jaden as I was of you?", she explained.

"In the years I spent towards my healing, many moons ago, I realized the mind and heart can be extremely delicate without the foundation of a formidable spirit", she continued.

Pinkett said she did not remember the incident, with Willow adding: "It was not like I was seeing everything, it was dark".

"One thing I've learned in my life over the years is that mental health is something we should practice daily, not just when issues arise", she captioned a black and white set of photos featuring the two late celebrities.

'At 15 years old it was very rough, and I brought a lot of pain out of my childhood into my adulthood that I am just now dissolving. Aspen. I think it was in Aspen.

In her own response to the news, Jada Pinkett Smith took to Instagram to reveal her own battle with suicidal ideation, saying that "mental health is something we should practice daily".

'I was as protective of Jaden as I was of you.

Jada even admitted that she might have gotten carried away with her self-exploration.

Willow simply likens the experience to walking in on something she shouldn't have.

The star opened up about the subject during the sex-themed episode of her show, which she hosts alongside Willow and her mom Adrienne Banfield-Jones, 64. "I was like, 'You don't have to be embarrassed.' It was like, their innocence was gone". This revelation (understandably) left Willow and her best friend visibly shook. "But I can always tell, you can just see the maturity". I was in the shower one day and had just handfuls of hair in my hands and I was just like, 'Oh my god, am I going bald?'

Kate Spade, a wildly successful American designer who has over 140 retail stores across America alone was found dead at her NY apartment on Tuesday morning. By seeing them, she felt like she "overstepped a boundary".

Jada wasn't the only one revealing sex secrets though.
