Angelina Jolie Could Lose Physical Custody of Kids to Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie is reportedly in danger of losing primary custody of her children to ex-husband Brad Pitt, The Blast reports.

Documents obtained by the website show that a judge in the couple's divorce case has determined that their children could be harmed by "not having a relationship with their father".

The judge also allegedly ordered the Maleficent star to arrange a phone call with the children and their doctors to explain that "the court has determined that each of them are safe with their father", after the 54-year-old actor was accused of child abuse in 2016 - of which he was eventually cleared.

Additionally, the judge laid out a new cellphone policy stating Jolie must provide Pitt with the cell number of each child so he can text or call each of them at will and without Jolie monitoring the conversations. In addition, Jolie is barred from being present during or interfering with Pitt's custodial time.

To even the playing field, the judge has granted 54-year-old Pitt visitation rights over the U.S. summer holidays.

Following their split, Pitt was investigated by multiple agencies after Jolie alleged that he had a drinking problem and was abusive to their children.

The humanitarian has been ordered to give Mr. Pitt more access to their six children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 9-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

Cape Town - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reached a new custody agreement in their bitter divorce battle. Pitt will have custody again from August 11 until the next scheduled court hearing on August 13. During this 10-day period, Pitt shall spend time with each child at least twice.

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016, claiming the separation was "for the health of the family".

From July 21 to the 29th, Pitt will be in California and will decide whether the children stay with him or Jolie's home in Los Angeles.

'She wants to take the kids to London with her while she's shooting - and she's frustrated with the process, ' the source said.

Last week Pitt started spending four hours a day with one or two of the kids at a time in London, where they are living in a rented house while their mother films Maleficent 2.

From July 8 through July 14, Pitt gets the kids for four consecutive days and gets to choose how he fills those time slots and with which children. While in Pitt's care, Jolie is only allowed to call the children one time per day and at a time agreed upon by both parents.

Jolie can't be present during the visits, but a child psychologist will be.
