If Lazio do cash in to Manchester United then they will have a huge windfall to spend, but having Grujic on board already gives them freedom to strengthen elsewhere, with a replacement also needed in defence of Stefan de Vrij, who has signed for Inter.

It's likely that the midfielder will be loaned out, or perhaps even sold, this summer as Liverpool are set to be well-stocked with central midfield options ahead of next season.

With Real Madrid prepared to offer more money, Savic could well be on his way to the Los Blancos.

With his future uncertain at Lazio, Milinkovic-Savic admits he is not focusing on a potential move until after the World Cup finishes.

Milinkovic-Savic has been closely linked with a transfer away from Lazio after they didn't safe Champions League soccer subsequent season. Apart from his contribution in front of goal, the player also impressed with his defensive abilities, and his exploits have unsurprisingly caught the attention of some big clubs across Europe - the most prominent being Manchester United and Real Madrid.

Jose Mourinho is expected to sign another midfielder this summer despite agreeing a deal for Shakhtar star Fred earlier this week. Madrid, however, will have no problem in matching Milinkovic-Savic's evaluation.

According to both Italian outlet Il Messaggero and Spanish newspaper AS (h/t Richard Fay of the Manchester Evening News), Real are set to make a €150 million (£132 million) bid for the midfielder, which could rise to €170 million (£150 million) with add-ons. With Perez looking to freshen things up in the middle of the park, Milinkovic-Savic is a viable target.
