Harry and Meghan to visit Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand

The tour will coincide with the Invictus Games in Sydney, which are held between the 20th and 27th of October 2018.

The chair of the Australian Republic Movement welcomed news of the tour but said it should also be cause for reflection about the nation's future.

Britain´s Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, along with other members of the British royal family, look up at the RAF flypast from the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

Meghan also repaid the gesture in kind by allegedly giving Kate an actual friendship bracelet at her own wedding to Prince Harry.

Meghan made her debut on the palace balcony at the weekend for what's known as Trooping the Colour, the official celebration of the Queen's birthday.

On Thursday, the former actress will hone her new royal skills with her first solo public outing with the monarch.

Later this week, the Duchess of Sussex will travel by train with the Queen to Northwest England to carry out a full day of engagements in Cheshire.

"The Queen knows the potential pitfalls of not giving [new members] a guiding hand", Ingrid Seward, author of the recent biography of the Queen and Prince Philip, My Husband & I, recently told PEOPLE.

"It's all about the monarchy".

But after her honeymoon, Meghan has reverted back to her modern image by ditching her sleeves in an off-the-shoulder frock, according to the Daily Mail.

"She doesn't want 70 years of hard work to be for nothing", added Seward. Both Kate Middleton and the late Princess Diana have never worn anything shorter than three-quarter sleeves for the event.

As the planes flew overheard, seven-year-old Savannah Phillips - daughter of Peter and Autumn - was seen covering Prince George's mouth and telling him to hush while the national anthem was played. Charlotte wore an adorable pair of pink sunglasses as she attempted handstands, ran around with her brother and cheered on dad.
