Eminem Triggers Fans With Gunshot Sounds During Performance - Watch The Terrified Reactions!

Eminem caused panic among some fans at the Bonnaroo music festival when a sound effect which sounded like gunfire was used at the end of one song.

"[Eminem] has used this effect - as have hundreds other artists - in his live show for over 10 years, including previous U.S. festival dates in 2018 without complaint", the rep said.

But others on social media defended Eminem, saying that the rapper had been incorporating the noise in his performance for years and that the song is called "Kill You" - so concert goers should know what kind of content to expect from him.

Fans immediately expressed their disapproval over the sound effects, but Eminem denied ever using gunshot effects in any show.

Many took to social media to voice their frustration with the use of gunshot effects.

The sound effects were played during his performance of his song "Kill You", from his 2000 album The Marshall Mathers LP.

Fans who were traumatized by the realistic gunshot sound effects at the festival in Manchester, Tennessee, immediately flocked to Twitter to voice their concern and horrified reactions.

"Less than a year after Vegas and @Eminem thinks it's a good idea to blast gun shot sfx onstage at a music festival? I have grown up loving Eminem and his music but I was extremely triggered to the point of tears".

Supporters of Eminem back this claim and those in attendance during the performance Saturday night say they did not feel threatened at all by the concussion sounds.

"To hear a gun shot sound effect and see the entire crowd drop to the floor out of instinct is not funny, cute, or amusing", she added.

The rapper drew criticism for including such an effect in the wake of the deadly mass shooting at Las Vegas' Route 91 country music festival a year ago.

"Had to leave Eminem set after 3rd gunshot at @Bonnaroo cuz panic was setting in my section (front pit)".
