Rihanna Intruder Charged with Felony Stalking, Burglary

Leon allegedly broke into another home a week earlier that he mistakenly believed was the singer's and was arrested on suspicion of burglary and trespassing, according to TMZ.com.

Rihanna's intruder has been charged with felony stalking. He was also charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest.

Leon was arrested after forcibly entering Rihanna's house.

Risling said the man had been inside Rihanna's home for about 12 hours before an assistant found him and called police on May 10.

A fan of Rihanna strolled into her house in Los Angeles and waited for the singer 12 hours, according to the Chronicle.info with reference to the channel 112. Rihanna was not home at the time; we assume she was in NY at the time of the incident-she attended the Met Gala on May 7, and was still in Manhattan on May 10, for the launch of her Savage x Fenty lingerie line.

Rihanna was not home at the time of the break-in.

Leon, from Fullerton, California, is due to appear at the Foltz Criminal Justice Centre on Monday.

Leon has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges and if convicted faces up to six years in prison.

The LAPD is still investigating the case.
