Sachin's Road Side Cricket Goes Viral

The video that has since gone viral on the social media and messaging services shows Sachin Tendulkar enjoying a game of cricket just like old days. It was a lane approaching BKC and in a residential locality. On Tuesday night, Tendulkar, 44, was back at the Wankhede Stadium as Mumbai Indians' mentor, rubbing shoulders with the fellow superstars.

From being a starry-eyed teenager to becoming one of the most respected figures in the Indian dressing room, Sachin Tendulkar's 25-year-long career saw him scale the heights of success. They called him "Master" and shook hands before sending under-arm deliveries.

The legend can be seen hitting a rubber ball in front of a barricade that doubles as the stumps.

Driving past a game of cricket, the ace former cricketer couldn't resist trying a few shots, with the video of the incident going viral.

Former Indian skipper not only batted with his fans but also clicked selfie with them during his late-night adventure. Well, it is indeed a dream come true for his die-hard fans as the cricket made their moments special. You name it, he's played there. Salman Ahmed Syed says, "One of Sachin's friends came out from the vehicle and told us 'There is a man who played in the Indian cricket team, and now wants to play with you". He remains IPL team's star attraction as he is seen supporting the side from dugout. While all of them have been close ones, the Rohit Sharma led team is yet to pick points in the campaign. He is a part of the star-studded dugout and is seen in attendance in nearly all their games at the Wankhede Stadium.
