A Radcliff man was arrested Saturday after police say he held a woman captive for seven days, torturing her and sexually assaulting her repeatedly.

Cut to outside, the thug is shedding white tears and is handcuffed and arrested - and she is being handcuff by a Black police officer.

The two, seen together at a Fort Myers Beach restaurant, became friends.

This weekend, authorities kicked off a cross-country manhunt for Riess of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, whom they suspect of also shooting her husband, David, dead at their Minnesota home March 23 and then taking off in their vehicle. He said that she loved to gamble and loved casinos. According to the Star Tribune, police suspect she forged her dead husband's signature before his body was found, transferred almost $10,000 into her account, and headed to a casino across the Iowa border.

Hutchinson's cash, credit cards, and identification were found missing as were her auto keys and vehicle.

Lois Reiss was captured on surveillance video befriending Pamela Hutchinson before she killed her.

Authorities in Flordia said Riess was last seen driving Hutchinson's vehicle in South Texas.

"Ms. Hutchinson's purse was found to be in disarray and all cash, credit cards and identification appeared to be removed", Lee County Undersheriff Carmine Marceno said.

Investigators believe Riess targeted Hutchinson in order to steal her identity because they look similar.

Riess is the mother of three adult children as well as a grandmother, Dodge County Sheriff Scott Rose told ABC News.

"It is safe to say there is a concern she could do this again", Rose said. "He asked how a widow could come to the office looking like this", she adds, according to TNM.
