Columbia police arrest two after attempted armed robbery

According to police, the thief was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, white t-shirt, white hat and white sneakers.

The Leon County Sheriff's Office is looking for information on a masked suspect who attempted to shoot a store clerk during an armed robbery.

Attempted robbery to the CVS, 3200 Lafayette Boulevard, around 9:10 p.m.

The man, who police have yet to identify pending charges, was found after officers located his vehicle in the 800 block of E. Little Creek Road.

They recovered the weapon and stolen money.

"Following a brief physical altercation, the accused fled the scene with no money", Const. John Schultz outlines in a press release.

Moline Police are investigating a reported armed robbery Monday morning.

The employee reportedly complied, and told police that the suspect then ran out of the business in an unknown direction.

Police eventually found the suspect's auto in the 800 block of E. Little Creek Road. The deputy persecutor of Phnom Penh court, Mr. Reil Sophen, charged the couple as scammers before submitting the case before the judge and detaining the suspects.
