Monday, 9:01 p.m. - Police contacted a woman regarding reckless driving and found her to be intoxicated on Webster Street near Stadium Street. The man resisted and they dragged him on the asphalt. Police arrested a man for false information to a police officer and multiple felony warrants for drug violations in the 0 block of Winburn Way.
