Joburg clinic turns away pregnant woman who was expecting twins

Snipes, now 25, who was interviewed by TODAY, discovered she was pregnant with her now ex-boyfriend's child back in 2016. "She told me to call should I ever find myself in trouble, in need of anything or if I wanted to talk more about adoption".

Phipps, sensing her nervousness, asked her why she was anxious.

Snipes regularly visits Vaughn and she and Phipps plan to write a book about their story.

"Nervous as I was about the flight, I found comfort in getting to know her". The accused trapped the girl, asked her to stay in touch with him through his common friend.

The two quickly began talking about Snipes' pregnancy and Phipps expressed interest in adopting her baby. It was only when she refused that he sexually exploited her and later blackmailed her. Police said that the arrested is a married man and has children.

"I was like "I haven't got anyone pregnant, wait how can I get anyone pregnant anyway", then I felt a bit bad because obviously she had the wrong number. And I was watching that and that's what made me decide this is the right thing to do", Snipes said.

She is believed to be with her non-custodial mother Edna Jones, a 28-year old woman, who is 5 foot 8, 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. The next morning, however, unsure of what to do, Phipps' name came to mind and she called the woman, inviting her to the hospital to see her son.

"I am extremely disappointed at the seemingly lackadaisical approach to attending to this patient, and even more so at the attempt to hide the truth, misleading both myself and management".

Phalatse said the woman was rushed back to the same clinic where she gave birth to twin boys.

"I count my blessings every day".

The case of mistaken identity then lead to a freakish texting exchange between the two women, which became increasingly heated.

"I want everyone to know that even though the walls may feel as if they are closing in on you, if you just trust your heart and have faith, it will get better", she said.
