Couch and Coy each drove in a pair, while Coursey and Davis each scored once. Bailey Drapola hit two home runs and had five RBIs for the Warriors as seven girls had two or more hits.

In game one, CGHS got on the board in the first with a pair of runs.

Currently, A-W is in second place, a half-game behind ROWVA-Williamsfield while holding a half-game edge on third-place Mercer County, which is also unbeaten in league play. In the fifth inning, Bryce McMullen cleared the bases with a three-run double.

The top of the seventh rolled around, and Snider singled with one out. And then, of course, we got the home runs from Hood and Clanton, so that's great.
