Jaguars re-signing wideout Marqise Lee

He'll replace Aaron Colvin as the Jaguars' slot corner after Colvin left for the Texans on Tuesday.

Last season, Carrie accounted for 84 combined tackles, a pair of fumble recoveries and nine pass deflections over 16 games, 15 of which were starts. He'll be the weak link in the Jaguars' secondary, but the sum of its parts will likely mask ex-first-rounder Hayden's deficiencies.

A former second-round pick out of USC, Marqise Lee has not lived up to the hype when he entered the league.

The free agency period officially opens at 4 p.m. Wednesday.

He finished last season with 42 tackles, a half-sack and two fumble recoveries for Detroit.

Through roughly two days of the NFL's legal tampering period, the Indianapolis Colts have made little noise but the Jacksonville Jaguars are making headlines and the latest comes in the form of wide receiver Donte Moncrief.

Henderson has signed a 1-year, $4 million deal.

They are expected to cut running back Adrian Peterson at some point, and safety Tyrann Mathieu told NFL Network on Thursday that Arizona asked him to take a pay cut, perhaps indicating that general manager Steve Keim is preparing for the team to make a big free agent splash.

Moncrief will sign a one-year deal worth $7 million, according to ESPN.

Norwell is expected to sign a five-year, $66.5 million contract that includes $30 million guaranteed, one of the people said. He will get a shot as the No. 1 receiver because of Allen Robinson moving on to Chicago. He had seven receptions for 69 yards in Jacksonville's three playoff games.
