Stormy Daniels Seeks New Judge in Trump Lawsuit

Adult-film actress Stormy Daniels, who now sits at the center of a scandal involving President Donald Trump, got into a little playful banter with British media personality Piers Morgan on Twitter on Monday-and it was laden with sexual innuendo.

"Although neither Daniels nor the host says Trump's name in the 2007 audio", Kaczynski noted, "she can be heard describing key details that match the description of her alleged affair with Trump".

Clifford's attorney, Michael Avenatti, said Cohen had not responded to the offer by Clifford's proposed deadline of noon on Tuesday.

Michael Cohen, a private lawyer for Trump, has said he paid Clifford $130,000 of his own money during the 2016 presidential election campaign.

He corroborated Daniels' tale of Trump asking her to spank him with a Forbes magazine that featured him on the cover, which she revealed in a 2011 interview with In Touch magazine. The publication notes that the payment was made to Stormy in exchange for her silence about her alleged affair with Trump.

And it would require the agreement be signed by all parties, including the president, who did not put his name to the previous nondisclosure deal.

CBS's "60 Minutes " taped an interview with Daniels and producers are working to verify claims she made.

A message left with Cohen was not immediately returned.

Daniels sued Trump last week, contending that the nondisclosure agreement should be voided because Trump never signed it. Neither Cohen, nor his lawyer Lawrence Rosen responded to a request for comment. It's unclear when or if that interview will air, but lawyers for the president are considering mounting a challenge to keep CBS from airing the segment, BuzzFeed reported.

The offer from Avenatti came after White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders told a briefing last week that Trump had won an arbitration proceeding against Clifford.

Daniels's attorney declined to comment to CNN, and Clem told the network in a statement that he doesn't believe the alleged affair is "that big of a deal".
