Justin Timberlake Previews 'Man of the Woods' with Studio Video, Extends Tour

The black-and-white clip opens with Justin laying down a distinctly country melody over a hip-hop-inspired beat.

Timberlake previewed his new album "Man of the Woods" Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018, at a venue that was decorated with bushes and trees, and served ants coated in black garlic and rose oil and grasshoppers, showcasing the album's theme. Elsewhere in the trailer, Timberlake describes the record's sound as "modern Americana with 808s", laughing afterwards, as if he knows that nobody asked for this godless marriage of genres.

His wife Jessica Biel and various members of Timberlake's family were present, along with members of the media, music industry, and American Express cardholders who'd won a competition for tickets. "It's meant to be heard outside more than inside, I believe". I'm pinching myself", he says, before adding: "The country shit in there?

The album will include southern guitars ("That is me exercising my love for where I came from") as well as drum machines ("You mix it with something modern - that's just where we are today").
