PUBG developer plans to launch their game on every platform

This means that the developer does plan to expand beyond the now available PC and Xbox One versions of the game.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, or PUBG, has enjoyed incredible success this year since its release on Steam Early Access in March. But what about PlayStation?

Chang Han Kim, the CEO of PUBG development revealed the games final plans in a recent interview with IvenGlobal, stating that he would like to see the game available to all gamers on "every platform." .

Now that Kim has revealed the company has plans for releasing the title on other platforms we can expect the next release to be on the PS4, Kim addressed why this hasn't happened already without mentioning the exclusivity deal between the PUBG and Microsoft for the Xbox One.

Kim has stated that they had little difficulty with the PC and Xbox One due to how unrestrictive the platforms were in terms of early access or beta allowance. However, PS is very strict about this.

The system is implemented in many online games to detect and ban cheaters, including Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and Fortnite's Battle Royale mode.

Gamers are hoping that the PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds PlayStation 4 version will soon arrive, as PUBG continues to dominate Steam and recently started its journey on the Xbox One.

PlayStation does not have a pre-release program like Steam and Xbox, so the game will have to be fine tuned and ready for a full launch before PS4 players will be able to have a shot at winning a chicken dinner.

PUBG is now available on the PC and the Xbox One, and the question now is when the game will arrive to the best-selling current-generation console, the PlayStation 4. We'll keep you updated on the latest.
