Honor V10 launched with Kirin 970, 6GB RAM and rear dual cameras

Huawei's sub-brand Honor is gearing up to unveil the Honor V10 at an event in China on the 28th of November before the global launch on the 5th of December. While the Honor V9 was launched Honor 8 Pro in the worldwide market, the new Honor V10 is expected to launch as Honor 9 Pro on December 5th in London. The device, for now, will be available only in China, but Honor has scheduled a launch event in the United States on December 5, and yesterday, a rumour suggested that the brand will launch the V10 in India in January 2018. As it turns out, most of the speculations were spot on when it comes to the specifications. It is also expected to come with dual camera setup on the front and back. The rear camera sensors are placed separately side by side and they are slightly protruded. The only notable difference on the front is the inclusion of the home button like the Mate 10 which houses the fingerprint scanner, something that is a rarity these days with bezel-less phones. It sports a 5.99-inch FullView display with Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution. Some reports also suggest the device is likely to be powered by Huawei's current flagship processor, Kirin 970. In terms of memory, the Honor V10 comes in three variants - 64GB storage plus 4GB of RAM, 64GB plus 6GB of RAM, and 128GB storage plus 6GB of RAM. It also packs a 3750mAh battery with 5V/4.5A super fast charge.

The Honor V10 comes with Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box with Huawei's EMUI 8.0 skin on top. Both the sensors have the aperture size of f/1.8, which is quite good. The Honor V10 flaunts a metal body, and buyers will be able to choose from four color options of blue, black, gold and red.
